First we want to get an understanding of your personal style. Bring in photos, floor plans, or samples to review with our design consultants. After we nail down your needs & vision we can help curate the perfect pieces for your space!
Finish Selection
After you have selected a few items, our designers will help you select the finishes for your piece. Many of our furnishings are customizable to best suit your needs, with an array of fabrics, wood stains and colors to choose from.
Bring it home!
Once you absolutely love your pieces, Form will place your order. In a matter of weeks your custom furnishings will be home at last!
